These shoes give you the support that you need when you cha-cha-cha and do your salsa dances while you swing your hips from left to right.
If you haven't heard, lately I've been taking dance classes. =) Not trying to be a professional dancer or anything. It's to exercise and get healthy!!! (Hooray for realizing exercise is very important!)
Plus! It also helps us to maintain healthy skin. Besides applying face products, lotion etc, physical exercise and work out activity could help a lot.
Dancing class is like a workout session but instead of jogging, swimming, badminton
(Which is usually my exercise activities). People get bored easily and sooner or later need some changes. Change is good.
So instead of wearing your trainers/sportshoes you get to wear flirty skirts and sparkly dancing shoes.
Yay!..
Dance class takes an one hour of non-stop dancing per day but 4 times a week activity.
After an one hour, you can feel your body heat up and the energy used.
This is also a really great way to release stress and just have FUN!
